Naima has been a part of Siga since 2017. She believes that wealth should be available to everyone. A globalist in its purest form, Naima doesn’t hold to borders. Everyone should have access to everything, and this, according to Naima, is the only way to reach next economy. What they make in Africa should be in Scandinavia tomorrow. All data should be available to everyone so as to speed up trade and Naima is always on the move to make this happen. From Asia to the United States and from Europe to Africa, Naima has been everywhere. If there is a demand, Naima offers it, often by creating demand even when people didn’t realise they needed it in the first place.

At Siga, she holds the position of director of finance, but her true dream of total globalisation has never diminished. Therefore, she still consults on matters of globalisation.

Naima thinks localisation is cute, as it is the first step into actual business. Practicing locally helps prepare entrepreneurs for the real world. For Naima it’s all about results and getting things done. She is a firm supporter of Circular Economy. After all, one woman’s waste is another woman’s gain.
